Part of this event is a quick metabolic health test that involves a finger stick.

Option 1: On September 25th following the 7am education session our I Fix Hearts Team can assist you with your test kit.
However, in order to get accurate results you must be fasted. That means you haven’t eaten or drunk anything other than water since 10pm the night before.

Option 2:
Testing At Home

If you test at home, please remember to test your blood first thing in the morning while fasted.
That means you haven’t eaten or drunk anything other than water since 10pm the night before.
